Eclipse PDT
The Eclipe Eiffel Development Tools (PDT) are a set of plugins which eventually implement a full-fledged, highly integrated Eiffel development environment based on the Eclipse Platform. The Eclipse Platform provides the core frameworks and services upon which all plug-in extensions are created. It also provides the runtime in which plug-ins are loaded, integrated, and executed. The primary purpose of the Platform is to enable other tool developers to easily build and deliver integrated tools.

PMT is a database for entering performance measure information and linking that to agency work activities. PMT is part of OFM’s suite of budget databases, connected to the Activities piece of the Budget Development System (BDS or BASS).
